1. Do I need a medical card to shop at Token?

No medical card needed! Token is a recreational dispensary, so all you need is a valid government-issued ID showing you’re 21 or older. We accept out-of-state and foreign IDs too—just bring it, and you’re good to go.

2. What are Token’s store hours?

We’re here every day from 10 AM to 8 PM, and Sundays we close at 6 PM.

However, Token is closed during the following holidays:

3. Where is Token located?

Order and Payment Questions

8. How do I place an order for pickup or delivery?

Head over to our website, browse the products, and add your favorites to the cart. When you check out, just choose whether you want delivery or in-store pickup. We’ll handle the rest, and you’ll get a confirmation text and email when your order is ready.

9. Is there a minimum order for delivery?

Yep, there’s a $100 minimum before tax for all delivery orders. This allows us to maintain the convenience and speed of getting your products delivered right to your door, every time.

For pickup? No minimum—buy as much or as little as you want.

10. What forms of payment do you accept?

In-store, we accept cash and debit cards. No credit cards for now, but don’t worry—we’ve got an ATM on-site if you need cash. For online orders, you can use debit cards through our secure payment portal.

11. How long does delivery take?

Delivery usually takes between 1 and 3 hours, depending on where you are and the time of day. You’ll get both SMS and email updates, including a notification when your order’s on its way.

12. Can I return or exchange products?

We can’t take back used products, but if you receive a defective item (like a vape that doesn’t work out of the box), let us know within 7 days, and we’ll work with you to make it right. Just bring your receipt and the item back to the store.

Delivery and Pickup Questions

13. How far will you deliver?

We deliver across all of Queens, Brooklyn, and Long Island. Not sure if you’re in range? Enter your ZIP code at checkout and we’ll let you know.

14. What happens if I’m not home when my delivery arrives?

To complete the delivery, someone 21+ with a valid ID must be there to receive it. If you miss the delivery, our driver will try to contact you. If we still can’t reach you, we’ll hold your order for pickup.

15. How do I know when my order is ready for pickup?

As soon as your order is packed and ready, we’ll text you. Most orders are ready within 15 minutes of your scheduled time, and we’ll hold them for up to 24 hours.

16. Do I need to bring anything when I pick up my order?

Yes, please bring a valid government issued ID to confirm you’re 21 or older. The name on your order needs to match the name on your ID.
